Stock Dresses
Stock dresses offered for on line sale are in stock for immediate purchase.
Dresses may be returned for a full refund if:
a. We are notified via e mail within 3 days of receipt.
b. The dress is returned within 7 days of receipt.
c. The dress is in original condition.
(Original Condition - includes but is not limited to - all original labeling still attached, no smoke smells,
perfume smells, fake tan, dirty marks, alterations or signs of wear.)
Party & Prom Dresses Made To Order
Dresses available to order are NOT in stock and are made to order for delivery approximately
12 weeks after the date of order confirmation.
As above, dresses may be returned for refund - (points a., b., & c. listed above still apply),
but more importantly.....MADE TO ORDER DRESSES THAT ARE RETURNED ARE LIABLE TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE
i. Shipping & Handling charges are non refundable.
ii. Bridal Sale Dresses are ex shop samples and may have been tried on in store.
Whilst every effort is made to spot clean dresses where necessary, a customer may feel
they want to have a dress dry cleaned after receiving it. This is the customers choice and responsibility.
Return Delivery costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
(For your protection, we strongly recommend you use a special delivery service
(requiring a signature) for returns, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.)
